Terms and Conditions
- A confirmation of registration will be sent to participants upon receipt of registration form.
- We will only refund 50% of the fee for cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the symposium date in writing. Alternatively, participants may nominate a substitute.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice.
- Registered participant who does not submit a written cancellation attending the symposium is still liable for any outstanding balances and will be billed the full symposium registration fee.

- All credit card transaction will be processed in MYR only. Therefore, the credit card rate for SEAVEG 2019 International participants in MYR that we will charge is MYR 1500.
